The support behind the seat

A great hire is just the beginning.

Your needs evolve. Your assistant's skills should keep evolving too. SuperVA combines placement support with the training and guidance that continue after hiring.

Unlimited replacements

If a match stops working, the membership includes replacement support. The person may change; you can keep building the role.

Lifetime training & upskilling

Ongoing VA learning includes emerging tools and client-requested skills, so support can grow with your business.

Business coaching every Thursday

Active clients get Thursday coaching to help them delegate, manage, and build their business.

A supported assistant

Community and leadership support give assistants a place to learn, ask questions, and develop.

What your membership makes possible

You’re investing in the support behind the hire.

Finding help is the first step. Keeping the role working, developing your assistant’s skills, and learning to delegate are what come next. Your membership supports that longer journey.

When you need more than one role

Build your VA team

+$1,000

Optional upgrade · $3,000 total membership

Different work may need different skills. Add unlimited VA hiring so your team can grow beyond one assistant seat.

Hire for more than one function
For example, explore an executive assistant for operations and a separate specialist for content or customer support.
Add roles as the business needs them
The upgrade enables unlimited VA hiring. Each additional assistant’s ongoing wages remain a separate cost.
Keep the support behind the team
The membership’s replacement, training, coaching, community, and leadership support remain part of the offer.

One well-defined role may be the right beginning. We can talk through whether the expansion fits your workload.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

Have a question about your business?
Talk it through with James.

What if the match isn't right?

Your lifetime membership includes unlimited replacements for your assistant seat. We'll discuss the situation and the next match. Additional hiring is included with the $3,000 total membership tier.

What will my assistant cost?

There are two separate costs: membership and ongoing VA wages. The initial lifetime membership is $2,000; an additional $1,000 enables unlimited hiring. Wages depend on the role, skills, and hours. We'll discuss those costs before you decide.

Can training cover the tools we use?

Lifetime VA training includes upskilling, emerging tools, and client-requested skills. Tell James which tools and workflows your business uses so you can discuss the training needed for your role.

Will I still need to manage the work?

Yes. A clear role, appropriate access, and regular feedback still matter. Thursday business coaching for active clients and the assistant's community and leadership support help you build that structure.

Can I start with a phone call?

Yes. Call James at 626-737-7701. If you'd prefer scheduled time, book a 30-minute meeting.
